Currently, Shanda serves as the Vice President of RPO Analytics & Implementation at a global Talent Management and HR Consulting firm. With over 25 years of experience, she has a proven track record of leading multi-regional teams and delivering complex, large-scale RPO engagements worldwide.
Her career is marked by expertise in global delivery operations, process design, technology development and integration, and performance management. Shanda has a unique ability to align team outcomes with business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation through empowerment, curiosity, and grace. Her leadership style is characterized by her commitment to developing new leaders and driving transformation.
Shanda holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and is an expert contributor to “This Week in Leadership,” a weekly news column that provides insights into workplace challenges and trends. She is passionate about creating sustainable delivery systems and helping organizations navigate the complexities of people, processes, and technology.
Outside of work, Shanda enjoys watching her daughter transition from sweet to fearless on the soccer field and witnessing her son’s growth in mindset and skill in golf. She also loves bike riding, gardening, spending time on the water with her husband, exploring new places, and reading philosophy books. Shanda is deeply grateful for the life she and her husband have built together.
